Elevate aims to innovate in all areas of our work - in our projects, partnerships, and approaches to learning and development.

We want young people to take control of the process. This includes encouraging them to develop their own ideas and implement them with our support.

We also run schemes around:

• Sport and physical activity
• Creative opportunities, such as drama, dance and music
• Education and training.

This is supported by a framework of mentoring. By enabling young people to develop personally and socially, we believe that they can change their lives and their communities for the better.
